The Freshly Clean Referral Perks Program (“Program”) is designed to reward loyal Freshly Clean Co. (“Freshly Clean”, “we”, “our”, “us”) customers who refer new clients to Freshly Clean Co. Participants can earn credits, discounts, and contest entries for qualified referrals, and new customers receive introductory savings on their first cleaning service. By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which govern all aspects of the Program.

Eligibility

The Program is open to all current Freshly Clean customers in good standing.
To qualify as a referrer, you must have completed at least one paid Freshly Clean service.
To qualify as a referred customer, the referred individual must be a new Freshly Clean client who has never booked a cleaning with us before.
Limit one referral credit per new household.
Employees, contractors, or representatives of Freshly Clean and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate for personal gain.

How to Refer

Referrals must be submitted through your unique referral link, email submission, or by the referred client mentioning your full name when booking their first service.
A referral is considered “qualified” once the referred customer successfully completes and pays for their first Freshly Clean service.
Credits are typically applied to your account within 7 business days following the referred customer’s completed service.

Rewards Structure

For the Referrer: Earn $25 Freshly Clean credit for each qualified referral. Credits can be used toward future cleaning services or accumulated for bonus rewards.

For the Referred Customer: The referred customer receives $25 off their first cleaning when booked and completed.

Monthly Contest & Grand Prizes

Each qualified referral equals one entry into the Monthly Grand Prize Drawing.
Prizes may include (but are not limited to):
A Free Month of Cleaning
A $250 Gift Card
A Staycation Getaway
Contest winners are selected randomly at the end of each calendar month and notified via email within 7 business days.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, unless stated otherwise.

Limitations & Restrictions

Self-referrals (referring yourself, your spouse, or anyone living at your address) are not eligible.
Credits cannot be sold, bartered, or transferred between accounts.
Fraudulent activity (e.g., fake accounts, duplicate referrals, or abuse of program systems) will result in forfeiture of all rewards and possible termination from the Program.
Freshly Clean reserves the right to verify the identity of participants and validate referrals at any time.

Credit Use & Expiration

Referral credits apply automatically to future cleanings.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
Credits expire 12 months after the date they are issued.
If a referred service is canceled or refunded, the corresponding credit will be revoked.

Program Changes & Termination

Freshly Clean reserves the right to:
Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or its rewards at any time without prior notice.
Adjust credit values, contest prizes, or eligibility criteria.
Interpret or apply these Terms & Conditions as necessary for program integrity.
If terminated, all earned but unused credits will remain valid for 60 days following notice of termination.

Tax Implications

Referral rewards and prizes may be considered taxable income where required by law. Participants are solely responsible for any applicable taxes or reporting requirements.

Privacy & Data Use

By participating, you consent to Freshly Clean collecting, storing, and using your personal information for purposes related to this Program, including tracking referrals, issuing credits, and contacting winners. Freshly Clean will not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required by law or necessary to administer the Program.

General Conditions

Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

All Freshly Clean decisions regarding eligibility, rewards, and contest outcomes are final.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona.
