Service Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Freshly Clean Co. LLC (“Freshly Clean”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By scheduling, purchasing, or receiving any service from Freshly Clean, the client (“you,” “your,” or “Client”) agrees to these Terms in full.

Services Provided

Freshly Clean Co. offers residential, commercial, and specialty cleaning services as listed on our website or service materials. Each service may vary in scope, duration, and requirements based on the property, condition, and selected package.

Freshly Clean reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

Estimates and Pricing

All quotes and estimates are based on the information provided by the Client, including property size, number of rooms, condition, and desired service level.

Pricing may be adjusted if conditions differ from those described or if additional time, supplies, or effort is required. Any price adjustments will be communicated and approved by the Client before completion of the service.

All pricing stated is in the U.S. Dollars (USD).

Booking and Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or by email. Bookings are confirmed only after you receive written or digital confirmation from Freshly Clean Co. Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot gain entry or access is delayed, a lockout fee of $125.00 will apply. 

Freshly Clean reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, weather, or staff availability.

Payment Terms

Full payment is due at or before the time of service unless otherwise arranged in writing. 

Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit card, ACH, or other approved electronic payment methods. A processing fee of 3.5% will be applied to point of sale credit card payments.

Late or outstanding balances may incur a late payment fee and/or service suspension until payment is received.

Returned or failed payments may result in additional administrative fees.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee. If our team arrives and cannot gain access, a full service fee may be charged.

Repeated cancellations may result in termination of recurring service agreements, adjusted service fees, and/or removal of applied discounts.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is more than our top priority- it’s our promise. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the area in question at no additional cost. If a re-clean is not possible or declined, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Freshly Clean does not guarantee results for stains, buildup, or conditions requiring restoration services beyond general cleaning.

Property Access and Safety

The Client is responsible for providing safe access to the property, including entry codes, keys, parking, and any relevant instructions. Freshly Clean reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if:

  • The environment is unsafe or unsanitary;
  • There is aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior; or
  • Conditions impede safe or effective cleaning.

If service is terminated for safety or access reasons, applicable fees may still apply.

Liability and Damages

Freshly Clean Co. and its staff take all reasonable care when cleaning your home or business. However, the following apply:

  • We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, improper installation, unsecured fixtures, or items not designed to be cleaned.
  • We are not liable for loss or damage of items not disclosed or that were previously broken, deteriorated, or improperly secured.
  • The Client must notify us of any fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items before service.

Any claim for damage must be reported to Freshly Clean Co. within 24 hours of service completion, with photos and details provided. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total cost of the service performed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding the property and requested services;
  • Secure valuables, confidential documents, and personal items before service;
  • Disclose any health hazards, biohazards, or special conditions (e.g., mold, pest issues, chemical sensitivities);
  • Maintain a safe and respectful environment for our staff.

Excessively dirty areas, such as piles of clothing, cosmetics covering the counters, or spilled food in kitchens, may incur a convenience charge of $75 per occurrence. 

Freshly Clean Co. reserves the right to terminate service immediately if these conditions are not met.

Recurring and Contracted Services

For clients receiving recurring services (weekly, biweekly, monthly, or contract-based):

  • The agreed-upon schedule and rate are valid for the initial term only. Rates may be adjusted due to frequency changes, inflation, or updated service requirements.
  • Either party may terminate recurring services with at least 7 days’ written notice.

Pets

We love pets, but for everyone’s safety pets should be secured during service. Our team will not clean animal waste, litter boxes, or areas with active infestations.

Freshly Clean Co. is not responsible for pets escaping or injury if left unsecured during service.

Promotions, Referrals, and Discounts

Freshly Clean Co. may offer promotional pricing, referral rewards, or discounts periodically.

All offers are subject to change or cancellation without notice and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Freshly Clean Referral Perks (“referral program”) is governed by their own separate terms and may vary based on participation.

Use of Subcontractors

Freshly Clean Co. may utilize trained employees or qualified subcontractors to complete services. All subcontractors operate under Freshly Clean Co.’s policies, insurance, and quality standards.

Force Majeure

Freshly Clean Co. is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, illness, supply shortages, strikes, or government actions.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Freshly Clean Co. values your privacy. All personal information collected during booking or service is used solely for scheduling, communication, and billing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes to Terms

Freshly Clean Co. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
